OS Flow 10 minutes Rolling patterns 10 minutes baby crawl forward/backward/laterally all diaphragm through nose breathing 100 March steps with a 5# club in each hand
Going forward this is my snatch pattern. Works very well for me.

Rocking/head control for a cool down.

I'm not sure any kind of crawling qualifies as a cool down. Cool down is an iced tea in the shade.

2/1/2016 OS Flow Goblet Squat x5 @32kg Clean to Press 2x (4),2 x (3) @28kg Swings 10 x 10 @28kg 35 second rounds 1/30/2016 Trained my with my SFG coach. 24kg Snatches now fly like butta. All the work with the heavier bells for Presses and Swings is paying off. Enshin was great and we have a few new adults.

Good training at the dojo last night.
Today OS flow Goblet squat 32kg x 5 C&P 3 X (4) , 2 X (3) @28kg OA swings 10x10 , 35 sec rounds @28kg
Cool down was marching/rocking/ cross crawls.
