Good training on Saturday. I did a lot of physical chores and coaching this weekend. Kinda zapped today so I moved my KB day to tomorrow.
Today 3/7/2016 OS Flow 10 minutes mixed Spider-Man Crawling Forward/backward/laterally with Marching(as the active recovery) Abs are pretty smokey

Interesting that I am really feeling the effects of the refinement of my form from the SFG. Double bells are flying up easy.

10 minutes loaded Marching Forward & Backward & Laterally/Sprinting with 65# chain and pair of Indian clubs (no clubs on the sprinting)
Felt pretty awesome afterward.

Playing with compressing rest and length of these conditioning sessions. Have dojo tonight so kept it a little shorter but still good work.
Cool down was Kogeki and Cha Obi no Kata.
