Yesterday and today same thing. 20 mins warmups and kihons, then 4x 90 secs rds punch/defense drills. 4x 90 secs rds touch attack with punches and kicks while other defends 10 mins abs. 2 min rds heavy bag 1 mins abs 2 min rds light contact kumite, but steady movement (don't want him too banged up before next weekend) repeat bag/abs+ 25 pushups/kumite sequence for total of 90 mins total work out time.
8 mins stretch.

yesterday: 65 mins elliptical at lvl 14 plus 15 mins stretch. today 40 mins bike, 8x3 mins rds bag, 100 pushups, bazillion crunches, 30 pullups, 10 mins stretch.

yesterday was 60 mins elliptical at lvl 14 and 15 plus 15 mins stretch.
Today: 25 mins jump rope 4x3 mins rds combos on uppercut bag 8x3 mins rds heavy bag 15 mins stretch 10 mins weights.

Today: Upped the resistance on the elliptical. lvl 14 for 15 mins then lvl 15 for the other 45 at an 8 min mph pace. Definitely off tomorrow. Gonna be stiff in the whole body. Elliptical =cardio+weights at the same time! efficiency at its finest!

Tuesday: 60 mins on elliptical at lvl 15, 20 mins stretch. At night: 20 mins warm ups and kihons, then arm shield work, then 90 secs rounds kumite using anything goes except face punch and groin kick. Bag work was hard, kumite easy pace to adjust to more practical stuff and allowing for lactic acid build up. We'll be doing this for the next month or so, and then we will pick up the pace and impact.
