Today: 60 mins elliptical at lvl 15 plus 20 mins stretch tonight: warm up and kihons 20 mins, body toughening, then kumite using 90 sec rds.

Wednesday - 20 mins jump rope, 9x 3 rds heavy bag, 15 mins stretch. A bit stiff from Tuesday night's sessions.
Thursday- 60 mins on elliptical at lvl 15 at 9.4 mph. 20 mins stretch. Involuntary muscle spasms for the next few hours in calves, quads, and triceps. Awesome. I may repeat this today...

Was up in Big Bear this past weekend. 2 miles high. Worked out on the cabin's elliptical machine. put it down a few levels to cope with altitude. Within 7 minutes my HR went from 52 bpm to 154. Chest felt like there was an alien in there ready to come out. Decided to back down a peg. Cried a little on the inside from the chest and lung pain. Felt a little better as I backed it down one more and forced through the next 52 minutes.
Sunday I repeated this but I was wayyyyyyy smarter about the warm up!

Today: 20 mins warm ups and kihons, 15 mins combos, 10 mins abs, 5x 2 mins rds heavy bag, round robin kumite 1 min per opponent, 5 mins stretch. came out to 90 mins. Tomorrow will be the same thing.

Monday: ellilptical 60 mins at lvl 14/15/16 73 rpms 5 mins cool down 15 mins stretch
Tuesday : same as monday
Wednesday: 20 mins warm ups/kihons 10 mins conditioning 5x2 mins rds heavy bag 5x2 mins rds kumite

30 mins jump rope and 45 mins heavy bag yesterday. I guess my mojo was happenin,' because I knocked two 140 lbs heavy bags down. Their metal supports broke in half.

Saturday:
15 mins jump rope 200 pushups 50 pullups 10 mins abs 40 mins heavy bag with abs in between rds 15 mins yoga stretches
Sunday: 25 mins warm ups/ kihons 20 mins kumite with abs in between rds 30 mins heavy bag 15 mins stretch
Needed a 2.5 hr nap to recharge. Gettin' older! Blech.

Went 5 days straight. Felt the fatigue today. the typical elliptical/stretch routine Tuesday (with 150 pushups and 25 pullups plus 25 mins kihons), WEdnes, and thursday. friday was 15 mins jump rope, 10 mins abs, 7x3 mins rds heavy bag, 10 mins stretch Saturday : 25 mins warm ups/ kihons 10 mins abs 10 mins combos 4x2 mins rds heavy bag 4x2 mins rds kumite 10 mins stretch. Definitely fatigued. Winded on bag work, winded during kumite. Dad's day tomorrow so definitely a day off.

Sunday 1 hr on the elliptical with hills plus stretch monday--one hour at lvl 16 plus stretch Tuesday--same as Monday Wednesday--25 mins kihons, 10 mins body toughening, 6x2 min rds heavy bag, 7x2 min rds kumite, 15 mins abs, 10 mins stretch.
