Saturday--20 mins warm up/ kihons 150 pushups, 50 pullups 10 mins body toughening 6x2 min rds heavy bag 7x2 min rds kumite 10 mins stretch
tomorrow will be the same thing, I think to warrant a good rest on Party day.

today, 25 mins warm ups and kihons, 10 mins sabaki combinations, 3x2 mins rds heavy bag, 4x2 mins rds kumite, 4x3 mins rds bag, stretch.

Awesome class today!
30 mins warm ups plus kihons and combos. 37 mins kumite round robin (each person fights 1 minute before switching partners and getting a minute of "rest")--came out to about 12 rounds each. 10 mins stretch.

One of my student's brown belt test today had some help from some Kyokushin friends from Los angeles who came down.
warm ups, kihons (50 reps each technique) sabaki techniques and some combinations practice ura nae throw and one arm shoulder throw
body toughening some strength drills 5 man kumite.

Yes, I got some video of it. I'll post it on my IKU facebook. he fought 5 1 min matches after the extended basics, combos, judo throws, body toughening, and strength moves. Now we can fine tune for his shodan next year!
