I will probably tackle this pyramid on Monday. I will time it. I am sure the first 100 wont be so bad but the last ones..
With the 16kg though. Not ready to hit this is the 24kg yet.

T-handle complete. Went with 10" instead of 12 for clearance. Did 25 swings with 70lbs. Awesome. Total price was around $20.00 The flange is expensive! (more than a third of the cost before tax) Attachments:

WOW very cool and thanks for the picture.
Salt!
200 snatches in 10:47
I took a 10/10 rep scheme at a moderate pace so that I could stay active throughout. I think the hand switches ate up a bit of time (not to mention breathers). Lots to consider and work on to shave off some time.

I did the Pyramid 200 and got 12'09"
I bet for me the 10/10 would work better too. Maybe.

Good call on the 10" nipple, MMX. If I had to build another one, I'd go that route.
The ladder seems to work. I started with one rep with each hand, and added one for each successive set till the ninth. At the tenth I went down to 5 each hand for 100 reps of 24 kgs, kb snatches. Around the 6th set, I started to rest the kb on the ground for about 10 seconds between sets. At the 10 set, I had to choose between doing 10 reps per hand, and then go back down the ladder, or calling it quits at 5 reps per hand for a total of 100. I stopped at 100 to avoid the risk of launching the kb across the room.

Is that a legal switch? (I don't have audio).

Yeah it is. Just cuts out the swing transfer. I may practice that with a light bell to start... Outside...in the dirt..

1. I'm fat. 2. I can't film for crap...
Me doing the 100 with the 16k (I think I counted correctly). Will do better filming next go around. Comments/critique welcome.

Good job! You are very explosive coming out of the bottom for the snatch.

Looked legit to me! Nice hip drive. I find that is paramount on long sessions. With good hip drive your arms just guide the KB.
