Only by the last set was I even a bit tired. Work capacity has gone way up on this program...

Not gonna lie. Before the very last set I took an extra 30 seconds of rest but I finished it all. 150 reps! Cool down was walking and shinkyoku breathing.

Had to strip off some clothes outside to finish this as I was getting very hot. Cool down was shinkyoku breathing/walking Pretty smokey. Food is on the menu today.

Walking for a cool down. Easier this week to start but this is Phase 2 and it will ramp up again pretty quickly. Really feel good with my hip drive on the High pull and the rack to backswing on the Double Snatch has really improved and also is helping my Double Cleans. Good stuff.

Double snatch, man that sounds scary. I'd probably lose one at the top. It's not bad. You take them up the same way as a single arm snatch BUT the return is different. You bring them back to the KB Rack like a clean and jerk and than reload for the next rep. Safer.

2 exercises in a sequence IE Clean and Jerk,Clean and Press,Double Snatch to Press. Complex would be Clean x2 Jerk x2 Chain would be (Clean and Jerk) x2

1/20/2015 OS Resets Did some “dead bugs” too with a tip from Geoff Neupert about keeping the tailbone off the ground. Wow did that light up my abs… Practiced some Bent Press and bottoms up press with the 8kg KB I have.
