Tuesday, Gym trainingRos has written the gym sesh up tonight, Add 13 minutes on the treadmill for me doing 2 minutes walking then 1 minute running(increasing the running speed each go). Really fun session, shame we couldn't get onto the weights

Thursday, Enshin TrainingQuick warm up then straight into Kihon 30 reps of most kihon strikes, blocks and kicks apart from Mae keage(30 off each leg) and Mae geri (70 reps ). I fear Jellyfication in the morning I'm pleased to say the words Good, High & Kicks were all said in the same sentence to me ;D Ok I had a wall bar to help but hey I'm still happy. Next we partnered up and did 2 X 1 minute of Mawashi geri/Ushiro mawashi geri over squatting partners head. Then 1 minute of three punches, Hiki mawashi & Hiza geri, Hiki kazushi & Mawashi geri. Green, Yellow, Blue & white belt kata in "Block" format. Some of us stayed up and did the attacks of White belt kata for the white belts. Then the Cards came out and we did various execises depending on the card drawn, those pesky jokers appeared(twice) again Got our leg pads on and back into partners and did several lots of Low kick Leg blocks. Finished off with a sprint race Black & Brown belts Vs Green Belts Vs Everyone else. I've just took our Gis out of the training bag and they are soaking wet(yuk)!

Saturday, Enshin Training
Ros has done the main write up, There was a bit more rest involved in this saturday than in normal ones but there was also blasts of really intense work! Ros's Gyaku zuki are reallly painful There were some strange noises coming from me when they connected. To add to this she was getting them right on target ! I really thought that I was going to touch the ceiling with my jump squats at the end but I couldn't quite make it

Monday, Enshin TrainingStarted off with a quick warm up then it was straight into Kata. We did White, Blue, Yellow, Green, Green, Green (we stayed on green as others did brown then Black) to the count, in "Chunks" then without count. All of us were sweating well afterwards. Next we got into pairs and did each kata against an opponent then as the attacker. we then did some sweep drills. We finished off with 10 seconds left leg forward punching the pads as hard and fast as possible, then 10 seconds rest, then 10 seconds right leg forward punching as hard and fast then 10 seconds rest, then 10 seconds right mawashi geri, then 10 seconds rest and finally 10 seconds left mawashi geri. Now this is quite horrible, but not horrible enough for Gary we did the same again but this time you start with ten seconds press-ups then the rest time is replaced by Press-ups then Squats(for the rest between kicks). Turning a horrible finisher into a F***ing horrible finisher
