Well I have a 28kg coming so lets start with that first lol!
I gotta make sure I can nail the 24kg 100 in under 5 minutes by February 21st 2016!

100 under 5 is humanly possible. Technique is key otherwise all that volume will mess something up for sure. Git'er done.

Read about the 5 min pull-up test on T-Nation so I thought I'd give it a go. You're supposed to do it 2x's per week. I've been staying away from overhead work since my arm-bar incident so. . .

I saw a cool wod on the Xfit main site: 3x(1k row+24 pull-ups+42 kb swings, 24 kgs). I tried it, but had to leave out the pull-ups and swings. Yesterday's pull-up test left me nothing to pull with. Oh well. next time.

I've been hiding from the overhead pressing behind dips and pull-ups. I'll get back to them eventually.

12-6-15 -5 min, 16 kgs AMRAPs: pull-ups, 37; dips 51 - bent-arm Vsit 1 min 10 sec/3 - fat grip dead hang, 2 min/4 - head stands
I was going to follow up the dips and pull-ups with some db C&PP's, but tweaked my shoulder. My solution, I see-sawed a sledge hammer handle across the traps to work the kink out. Good as new (new for men of a certain age).

catch-up time 12-9-15 -1k row, 3:45:08 -straight arm fly isos -16 kgs, bent arm hangs, 30 secs, 20 secs, 10 secs I took hits in the 5 min AMRAPs so decided to do something different today. It was only gong to be 3x1k rows, but I went out faster than I thought, took 15 secs off my time, but was oo spent to do the remaining 2 K so I mixed it up some more. 12-8-15 -pull-ups, 16 kgs, 5 min AMRAP, 31 -dips, 16 kgs, 5 min AMRAP, 44 Lost reps in the pull-ups and dips. More rest? More sleep? 12-7-15 -db C&PP, 34 kgs, 2x2x5 mins AMRAP Works out to 20 C&PP's per 5 min set. Still concerned about the elbow.

My in-laws are staying over for the holidays so the daily routine has gone out the window. I did manage to do some pull-ups and dips this morning while everyone was asleep. That's have to be the work-around, the crack o'dawn workout, oh joy.
12-16-15 -pull-ups, 16 kgs, 5 min AMRAP, 27 -dips, 16 kgs, 5 min AMRAP, 38 -v sit, fat grip, bent arm hang, 3x20 secs
Some actual suit-case carries and bell tower climbs were thrown into the mix.
